Terry Shook, age 68 of Salem, passed away unexpectedly at his home on the Lake of Egypt on Sunday, November 20, 2022. Terry was born on January 23, 1954 in Roswell, New Mexico the son of Lowell E. and Audrey L. (Eden) Shook. Mr. Shook is survived by his loyal companion, Justus; a brother, Douglas Shook and wife Connie of Centralia; sister, Cindy Brubaker and husband Rick of Wildwood, Missouri; and nieces and nephews, Jessica Brown and husband Bobby of Lindale Texas, Dr. Kayla Brubaker and husband Taylor of Tampa Florida, Kory Brubaker of St. Louis, Missouri, Troy Shook and wife Kim of Keenes, Christina Neff and husband Terry of Wayne City, Nicole Behne of St. Louis, Missouri, and Noelle Dick and husband Sam of Lexington, Kentucky. Terry retired after many years of owning a construction company. During his retirement he enjoyed his work as a lake patrolman at the Lake of Egypt.
