Unfortunately, I didn't get to know my Uncle Bill growing up- my dad and Bill's older brother Jim was in the Army and so we grew up primarily overseas. However, when Dad got stationed Stateside, we got the opportunity to visit the family after many years. One of the highlights of our stay is when I got to spend an afternoon with Uncle Bill, Aunt Becky, and other family members. Playing backyard games and making old-fashioned hand-cranked ice-cream (the best thing ever). Essentially, it was day of food, family, & fun. From that day forward, I felt a special kinship towards him that never left. I just wished that I could of had more memories like that day- so special that it will be forever imprinted in my mind. I will miss Bill's laughter- something that will always stay with me just like his warm smile. After watching the tribute video, I can see so much of Dad in Bill. They both shared similar traits- both could make anyone feel like a VIP with their charismatic personalities and sense of humor- a real gift. More importantly, at the core, Bill will be remembered for being kind, generous, and loving. I cherish his memory forever. Love Silvana

Bill and I go along way back together! Our first trip to Waco Texas together, numerous trips to various places with both family and on our own. Time and circumstances have a way of separating you as close friends but one thing for sure it won't separate us in heaven! Bill and Becky raised three beautiful kids and it was my pleasure to have called him my friend!! Now he joins Becky in heaven, no more searching but being in the place where he belongs with Jesus his savior. With all my love to you Matt, Emily, and (Peabody) Linsey Kenny

Matt, Emily, and Lindsey, We are so sorry about the loss of your dad. Please know we are keeping you and your families in our thoughts and prayers as you celebrate Bill's life. These times make us remember the good times we had together... I'm thinking of times when Bill and Becky were dating, times at the lake together, Cardinal games, trout fishing in Arkansas, hunting, and even a couple of ambulance runs I helped your dad complete. We will miss your dad and continue to miss you sweet mother and my sister/aunt, Becky. Love to you all!
