Ralph T. Wimberly, age 89 of Salem, passed away on Sunday June 30, 2019 at Salem Township Hospital in Salem, Illinois. Ralph was born on May 1, 1930 in Salem , Illinois to Albert and Mary (Webb) Wimberly. He married Glenda J. (Hufford) Wimberly on December 30, 1973 in Vero Beach, Florida and she survives in Salem. Survivors include his wife, children, Lawren Eugene Wimberly and wife Lori of Salem, Jill Wright and husband Greg of Salem, Amy Hammond and husband Rich of Sessor, and Jennifer Miller and husband Jeff of Terra Haute, IN; grandchildren, Daniel, Matthew, Sharrah, Tyler, Michael, Savanah and Lilly. Ralph is also survived by several great grandchildren. Ralph was a retired carpenter and a member of the Apostolic Church of Salem. Private graveside services will be held on Tuesday July 2, 2019 at Paradise Cemetery with Greg Wright officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Apostolic Church of Salem Building Fund and may be left at Rogers- Atkins Funeral Home.
