I met John when we both worked at Americana. He left and went to Bradford and I went to Citation. We spoke several days a week if (not every day). There wasn’t a conversation that didn’t include his wife, kids, grandkids and dogs. He couldn’t wait to get to Indiana to see those grandkids. I heard numerous stories about his visit with them. His pride was obvious. We discussed his remodeling projects and the kitchen upgrade, was his favorite. I never saw him when he wasn’t smiling. He was a very dedicated employee and never failed to always amazed me when he could tell me what kind of pump was in our well, when he had worked on it years before. John was one of a kind and will be missed by all of us at Citation and anyone he knew. RIP my friend. Jo Grizzle, Citation clerk.
