Barry Allen Woods, age 54 of Iuka, formerly of Franklin, WV, passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 11, 2020. Barry was born on January 20, 1966 in Greenbrier County, WV, the son of Robert Allen and Mary Ellen (Boone) Woods. He was engaged to be married to Terri Lynn Turner-Knicely of Iuka, who is also formerly of Franklin, WV. In addition to his fiancé, he is survived by his daughter, Brandi Hedrick and husband T.J. of Petersburg, WV; sister, Tracy Storms and husband Keith of Gainesville, FL and two grandchildren, Maddison and Jet. He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Tasha Lynn Neil-Woods. Barry was of the Baptist faith. He worked as a truck driver all of his life, most recently working for Greg Dickey Farms in Wayne City. A Celebration of Life Service will be on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Church of the Harvest-Hall in Wayne City, IL. Interment will be in Crummet Run Cemetery in Sugar Grove, WV. Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and can be left at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem who is assisting with local arrangements.
